History:
Altered by Equinox was brought to life by 14,997 backers on Kickstarter and ran until 2023-2026. After having a successful campaign (if you don’t count the backers who never received their items) Altered would be played by a dedicated fanbase with players flocking to their local game stores and official tournaments to play.
They also successfully crowdfunded their Seeds of Unity set on Gamefound and gained €902,109 from 2996 backers.
Unfortunately, the company ran into financial difficulties, leading to them claim bankruptcy and cancel their upcoming physical print run of their newest setsRoots of Corruption and Neverending Journey. They did release those sets in a digital format for players to print before the closure of the game. -Altered.gg
